I really wonder if anyone is actually that stupid to fall for these clowns.
110% without a doubt. There have been a few guys scammed on the gear page, and one of them said, “the deal was too good to pass up!”
When you followed the link he provided it showed an item that should have been $4000 that was on sale for $600! The pictures were also super shady.
It was staggering to realize a human being fell for this. When I saw that, it made me realize the saying, “there’s a sucker born every minute,” was dead wrong, there are multiple suckers born every 1/100th of a second.
There was another guy who got scammed and it was even more shocking. It would have been the equivalent of me saying, “look bruh, I’ve got 25 cents on me, you hold the 25 cents and I will hold you guitar and amp, and I will get the rest of the cash for you tomorrow, then you give my quarter back, REMEMBER!! That’s my lifelong lucky quarter that I’ve had since I was 4 years old and it’s brought me immense fortune numerous times!” Seller of amp and guitar looks at quarter and realizes it’s the current years quarter, becomes super confused wondering how the guy could have had it for so long, and says, “ahh, ok, but if you try to rip me off, I won’t give your quarter back!”
It was that level, this dude was the multiple sadness.
If there is a scam, no matter how crazy some might think it looks, there is always someone who will fall for it.
If it’s too good to be true……..
