Love Fenders, how can you not? I have a Fender Hot Rod Deville 2x12 that I got CHEAP and its awesome. Besides, if its good for Mike Landau, its good enough for me...

One amp that I'll never sell is a Silverface Vibro Champ.
Those are great little combos, and its hard to believe such a small amp can sound so good
It sounds even better now that I had a buddy build a 2x10 cabinet for it and put two Weber alnicos in it.

That is very cool! the cabinet construction looks great as well.
Thanks. It's white walnut with a wax finish. The cat who built it is a custom cabinet maker, kitchens, A/V centers, high end finish work and he did excellent work. He also did the grill cloth and handle. He's around the forum here under grizdeluxe, but if anyone is interested I can pass along info. He plays guitar, modded the cab on his Marshall class 5, and built his own ceriatone kit. Good guy who gets it.

Awesome! Play it in good health!

Big fan of Leo Fender, no one has ever designed amps as good with such a low parts count. I guess early Vox maybe close, but in those days if you lived on this side of the pond Fender prices could not be beat.
30 years ago I found a dead 58 Champ for 15 bucks. I fixed it and sold it with a Ibanez SG clone for 300. Thought I did well until the price for those original tweeds went through the roof.

Those Champs, if clean, go for a little over a grand now. I love my discontinued reissue. It's very idiot-friendly with two inputs and one knob.
