Makoplex I hear is the one to get. Sounds like quite a few were underwhelmed with the Dorado back in 08 when they came out
I think Danyeo had one.

The Dorado takes a little bit of tweaking and is a decent single chance amp to have in the stable.

Yeah, 1K shipped? Just think of it that way and don't pay attention to the shipping. He did drop it to 200.
Good deal for an amp that you can't get unless it pops up used.

Maybe I had the right guitar/pickup/boost/speaker combination but I really liked the Makoplex I had.
