ill have to agree on both parties here - theres alot of ass kissing on forums. but, in this example both builders in this situation couldnt be better dudes to deal with. i've spoken to both over the phone, and they are the most down to earth guys around that i know - knowledgable as all getout well. greatly respectable.

each person is entitled to their opinion over the amplifiers. i hate splawns alltogether not because of forum hype, but because ive played 3 QR's and hated every one of them. ice picky marshallism isnt my type of tone.

i dislike fortins as well, and axe fx's, and diezels, and just about every other amplifier thats mentioned praise here. but that doesnt mean anyone has to take it personally. each person is on a tone quest - and i describe in detail each time i say i dislike something so that it can help someone elses research endevour.

as for fortin, let me just say that if i ever needed anything at all, mike would be there to help me out without a problem - as would i to him too.

i sware poor stef. she tried to help me out and gave me some nice high Q soundclips of a great band to run through my monitors and said they would change my mind. but i heard the same hiding effect on the soundclips as i did live the second i heard the solo kick in. ducking mids disease to a T. im so glad that topic died - i wasnt going to say anything
