Been thinking about buying one for doing scales at home and what not, just to try,but i'm affraid
it's going to feel like a toy.Does anybody have they're 7 string? How does it feel? Sound?
And i see they have a custom shop??? WTF?

I have one waiting at home for me and I'll be back in town on Saturday. I'll let you know what I think. Apparently every now and then they open up to take custom orders, after a while they close it down (as it is now). I'm not sure how they decided if they're open for orders or not.

I owned a Les Paul copy when they first came out. It was an OK guitar for the money, but after a while it felt like a cheap toy. I bought it directly from Rondo when they actually had a store front here in NJ. They had 7-8 of them on display and only one was half decent...which was the one that I wound up buying. The others had issues like jagged frets and clearcoat bubbling. I tried a few SX strats and they were total crap.

I got my first guitar ever at Rondo when I was 15! The guy from the guitar dept keith is the owner of rondo now. the old people sold the name to him when they retired.

The SX are far worse than the Agile if buying from them the Agile is the only way to go.

So I've now spent a few days with my Agile. It is my first seven string and I think it's a good bang-for-the-buck guitar. I have decided to trade/sell it because I'd like to try out more 7s before I settle on just one. I'm not even sure 7s are my thing but it is a cool looking guitar in my opinion. If anybody is interested it is listed in the classifieds section.

At one time I was considering getting a Septor 6, but it would be an international order, so a case would be added to the price. Then with shipping, brokerage and duty fees the cost was too high for a guitar I couldn't even play before buying.
