That's fair. I have my 'normal' guitar slots filled so I am getting into more abstract shapes.

How funny is that?! Yeah it was natural, and it was beautiful that color. Due to certain circumstances when II was working on a build with him, I was offered this instrument, which was completely natural. I was like, let's change that up a bit. He repainted and worked with it like 3 times to get exactly what i wanted. I got the whole build with a nice hardshell case shipped to my door for $1650. I would have been less if i had left it natural, but he did not upcharge much for all of the extra work.

The top is gorgeous! Just don’t like the shape. Nice back and neck.

If you like the guitar but not the color, I would almost guarantee he would refinish it for a reasonable price. Red would look so wild!

Just saw this posted for $1950 shipped with a case. His pricing is insane.

I am into this wild top and dig the body shape.

If I had any extra cash, this thing would so be gone....

Not a huge fan of the burl/multiple woods stuff. But then again I used to gig a shocking pink Ibanez Jem, so to each their own lol.
