The guy in the article seems to be from an Australian band. Its likely Dino used one of his backup amps for that Australian tour. He probably didn't want to risk shipping his #1 amp plus it costs a lot for bands to ship gear overseas.

Sorry I wasn't able to take on your mod. I would have loved to do it, just have too many Natas orders to work through.

I had never heard Demanufacture before. I just tried a few minutes ago to see how close I could get and it's pretty damn close with my modded VTM. First time I ever tuned down to B too. Damn strings feel loose even with 10-60s.

Damn Straight! I figured I could get pretty close. Of course it is a professional studio recording VS. me(total noob) one mic and Garageband and 20 minutes start to finish. First time I tuned that low. Kind of fun. Amp had no problem with that tuning. Even dropped it down to A. Really cool too.
