Anyone here work with AI (artificial intelligence) ?

One fascinating thing about AI is it's ability to assist you with improving it.

For example when we created our ALPR (license plate recognition) neural network, and initial training set.
It was only about 30-40% accurate, due to lack of training data. We'll that is good enough for it to find, and annotate new training data on it's own.
So it does much of the work! We know the work is not 100% accurate, but it just takes a human a small amount of time to fix the few errors in the annotations generated by the AI, rather than the human doing all the work. Now our ALPR is like 98% on all plates. Cant get 100% because a percentage are either damaged, or covered with mud rendering it illegible even by humans.

This is why Tesla was able to layoff a huge portion of their annotation team, the damn thing can train itself at some point :ROFLMAO:

Ok I feel it's safe to spill the beans here, not like you guys are going to create an AI that will end the human race :)

Have you ever observed a toddler when they discover the door stop springy thing? That curiosity you observe is the key to AGI
It starts with the child flicking it, and watching it spring around, it's satisfying that curiosity itch. Next thing that happens, the child by pure random chance discovers the spring can launch a projectile, and later learns by random chance that projectile can hurt a sibling. The child also notices the other sibling getting part of the parental attention, so it maybe it feels the need to punish, or even eliminate the competition. :hys:
lol. And you wonder why Bill Gates is so interested in vaccines ?

I don't actually wonder that at all.

Most recent numbers are 81% of the US have at least 1 dose and 69% have 2 or more.

I keep waiting for every single link in the entire US economic and business chains to start breaking down
from all of the worker ants either dying or being out sick.

What was that again about elites needing the population because if they didn't, then they wouldn't be elites anymore?

Says the guy programming AI... ?

What exactly does elites have to do with AI? If AI is going kill us, it's taking the elites out too, numb nuts :ROFLMAO:

Hope that watch has an atomic battery, I'll be here clowning your ass for the foreseeable future :hys:

With every year passing, I'll make sure you remember how Qtarded you are :ROFLMAO:

Yes, I've worked in AI on/off for decades. Designed and implemented my first AI system in the late '80s, and many since, for commercial and DoD projects.

@rsm So, the real and serious question is....................do you have a sex doll with AI?

If not, why?

Is so, I want one and how much? It mustn't nag me, it makes all meals and tells me I'm the biggest she's ever had..............for real.

I'm sure it's possible, Inbred Beta Cuntz probably designed his own black tranny.

Nah, too busy eliminating human jobs and making difficult work safer and easier for the remaining human workers; and saving companies money.

I never said AI was going to "physically" kill "us". It will kill a lot of jobs though.
Did you know automation has been around for thousands of years? AI is mostly a continuation of that. Now it may be accelerating too fast for people to adapt, we shall see.

Good thing Bill Gates is very interested in both AI and vaccines

Everyone in tech is interested in AI

BTW, Yes AI will physically kill us. :ROFLMAO:
