Anyone know where B.A.D Amps gets their tolex? ANSWERED

I'm looking to see if anybody knows for sure where they get their tolex from? I want to redo my head shell but I want it to match my cabinet perfect. Thanks in advance for any info

I had contacted Budda, or maybe it was Jeff Bober directly, I can't remember. I asked who built their shells because I have an SD 4O that is missing the piece on the back and wanted one made and tolexed, they said Mojotone made those. I may have even emailed them to see if they still had the plans to make/cover one but I never followed through.

My bet is they make about every boutique manufacturer's stuff.

Pretty much all tolex used in the US comes from Kayline, who is the manufacturer. Mojotone and all other dealers buy direct from Kayline. My guess would be that BAD may buy smaller amounts of custom colors from Mojotone, but they'd be idiots if they aren't buying full rolls of the black they used on most amp directly from Kayline at a much better price. Even smaller cab builders like Jeff Swanson buy direct from Kayline.
