I have a Ho attenuator that has worked flawlessly for 15+ years. I thought it had become real quiet the last week or so and I realized the fan quit working. Ive ran it at least an hour a day the last week and no issues. Anyone know how crucial the fan is? I saw they are closed due to Covid so I guess im digging out the Hot Plate til I figure this out lol

I think you will be okay running it without the fan.... but obviously it will run hotter. Are you able to run an external fan near any vents? Are you able to open it up to see the fan and possibly replace it?

Ho is closed for Covid, but will they answer questions?

It should be fine without the fan under lower than the recommended load.
