Anyone tried G12M in a Front-Loaded Soldano 412b cab?

Alright here's my thing.

1- I find the Soldano cab, currently loaded with Eminence Legends V1216, sounds too sterile and modern for my taste.

2- My Wizard Modern Classic Half Stack is on the way out.
I wanted to keep the cabinet though because I love that cab (loaded with G12M) paired with my SLO.

Thing is, everybody I'm dealing with, want the whole half stack (can't blame them, it's a beautiful match!)
So, I'm thinking of maybe getting rid of the Wizards, but keeping my G12M speakers to put in my Soldano 412b cab.

I'm wondering how the Greenbacks will make the front loaded straight Soldano cab sound? Compared to my Wizard 412 straight Rear cab rear loaded with the same Greenbacks?

Thoughts? Opinion? Suggestion?

Would love to hear from someone that has experience or at least heard from both a Soldano 412 and Marshall type cabinet, both loaded with G12M.

I had Soldano 412B with V30 and briefly tried M65 Creamback on top, but it doesn't work well. 65's are too honky in mids and not my fave. All V30 is one the best cabs I ever tried although You may have read oposite. It works perfectly in band mix, on the stage and easy to transport in 4x12 context. You don't have boomy lows like Recto cabs or screaming siren sound of 1960AV cab.
I know very well my VHT Fatbottom which is originally Greenback 2525 version and I have to say GB's sound much bigger and even in straight frontloaded 4x12 cab than they sound in 1960A.
One hour with eletric screwdriver and all questions will be answered

The rig I used to have below had Brit Greenbacks in the straight and the stock Emi's in the angled. The Greenback cab sounded a lot warmer with the SLO. Using both cabs was ok in terms of tone, but much preferred the Greens by themselves.

Well, I've removed the G12M from my Wizard cab and installed them in my Soldano.

And it still sounds thin with no life what so ever.
Very disappointed.

I will be on the lookout for a Marshall type cab now.
Perhaps, I'll just all in for a vintage 70s cab!

Years ago I got an angled 4x12 Soldano cab in a trade. Never liked the way it sounded.

Could be a phasing issue. Had a similar situation years ago and someone told me about the 9 volt across the speaker cable trick to see which direction the speaker cones were moving. Two were going in and two out. Had to reverse the wiring.

Hey it was indeed that, 2 speakers out of phase.

Forgot to mention it here. Beginner mistake, ah!
:D

So how does it sound now that the phase issue corrected?
