Thanks for all the replies guys . I just like to try different stuff. I have to admit I've owned a bunch of 800's but the one I've kept thought thick and thin is by far the best one I've owned . The notes are super percussive and believe it or not --It's very low gain. I stick a koko boost or archer in front of it and it becomes a monster . As usual it's at about full volume at 1.50 . I really should leave well enough alonre . !!!! LOl !!!!

Would add that most of the people who think a Wizard is just a well built Marshall are the same folks who haven’t actually owned and gigged a Wizard. 100% agree w if you want a Marshall get a Marshall.
That's me LOL!!!

Damn --dude .I can't tell you how many 4 holers and 800's I bought for 300.00 bucks !!!
Yep, going rate back then. Ive never kept any 800’s. Never liked them, cept for one 2205 at GIT and a buddies 2210. Still have a few nice old plexis, but rarely use them. Only for recording here and there. I coul get a good tone out of the plexis loaded down and using the 03/04 for power amps, then a JC120 for cleans. Too much stuff.
The Wizard has been my main live amp since I got it in 05. Always sounds the same, even from room to room. Rarely ever have to fiddle with a knob. Tone doesnt change from beginning to end of gig either. Been a great amp.

I never owned a Dino. My buddy @warhead78 had one. It was an older one. @DanTravis62 owns it now.
@CrystalSky

I use it very regularly for gigs and recordings ?

Oh, I just saw an old classifieds thread. Sorry for disturbance and thanks for the answer!

I have a 50 watt MC with I think C transformers.

I liked it but wanted more thump, had my tech add a variable negative feedback and resonance and it is now my favorite amp I have.

A nice alternative to achieve a similar thing is an ISP vector sub. I wanted more deep frequency response from the various MCIIs I've owned and that is a great solution. I'm currently running it with a KT150 MCII and there is low end for days.
