Aviator Warbird: Yeah I Got a Weird Guitar

Found this Aviator for sale used and it caught my eye. The shape is their Warbird. Yeah, it's super odd, like a warped, avant-garde singlecut. But all the specs are what I was looking for: poplar burl with a pink/red/purple reverse burst, white ash body, wenge neck, Hipshot hardware, SS Jescar frets. The shape is kinda growing on me! I already have a few normal super strats and the price was decent so what the hell...

Yeah I'm super excited about all that. Shape aside, literally the exact combination I was looking for. I was going to have a custom guitar built with these exact specs when I found this one.

Yeah it's like a typical singlecut that's had its upper half from the arm bevel to the tip of the headstock skewed/shifted. The more I look at it, the more I like it.
