I think I read that Cliff did file a complaint with eVilbay about him. As far as Distributors go I believe ™ is the only US dist. other than Cliff.

Dont know who this guy is. Looks like he just buys them and resells them. He is in no way affiliated with Fractal Audio and Tone Merchants is the ONLY authorized dealer in the USA and serves as Fractals West Coast showroom and customer support center.

He says eBay only allows 3 bids so do not waste them on low bids. I wonder if $3495 would be a low bid?

THere was a huge thread on the Fractal Forum about this guy. Apparently he buys larger quantities from Fractal, and then turns it around and sells for more on ebay.
GUys on the Fractal Forum were trying to get him banned on ebay or at least punished because of the way he was wording his ad's and copying information directly off the Fractal site.
