I'm on the Fractal "list" and in a fairly good spot. From what I understand, nobody from that list has been contacted other than the first 15 or so that received replies in the first few hours of the announcement about a list.
According to Fractal, they are trying to organize so they can start servicing those on the list but not sure what will happen. Like someone mentioned above, they are trying but they are having issues with the merchant account and there is no light at the end of the tunnel right now.
The frustrating thing about the list is that most of the list would probably pay the higher price, without the coupon, just to get one. The problem is that folks don't even have a chance to get one. People have their computers running scripts, etc. and when units come available, they disappear in seconds. It is pretty insane.
I just wonder how long people will go along with this before they move on to another product. My only hope is that over the past few weeks while everything was down, they built enough units to send to TM, Europe, and people on the list. If they could get things really churning, everything in the past would be quickly forgotten.
