AXE FX Ultra vs AXE II are there big differences ?

In a nut shell the AxeFX 2 sounds realer than the Ultra which sounded real.

Honestly, if you just want the FX, grab the FX8, run it 4cm and you'll be good.

When Cliff came out with the "Quantum" update, it was a huge step in the right direction. I can't even imagine going back to those initial tones.

I would recommend the FX8 if your just wanting the FX. I had it but once I got the AX8 it was pointless to have both. But if your looking to dabble with the amp modeling definitely get the Axe II. Or perhaps like mentioned above get the AX8.
