Dan, 1 in 4 doesn't experience any symptoms at all. We don't hear this stat much 'cause it doesn't fit the narrative. We hear that some experience no symptoms, but as I said, not the stat.

From the sound of it you might be one of the 25%. Hang in there, bro'. Rootin' for ya.

The truth is we don't know that because nobody has ubiquitous testing to know how many asymptomatic people are out there. (There's no narrative I'm aware of. Just facts and the lack of in this case.) Hopefully, the percentage of asymptomatic people out there is much higher than we know. That'll mean it's worked its way through the population further than we'd thought.

Hang in there Dan. My oldest called me yesterday and is experiencing symptoms but can't get tested where they live due to being young, having light symptoms (see, young), and just settling in for two weeks to hopefully get past it. Of course, it could be flu too as it's still the season. I'm sitting on that information for the time being to keep my wife from worrying.

My work sat us down Thursday and said that "we cant force you to come in and if you dont feel comfortable then stay at home". Today I got a lists of stuff to do for the next two weeks. When I brought up that I wasnt comfortable coming in I basically got "tough shit". I am beyond pissed as Im working on a project that is a year down the road from being finished. Not exactly essential. Meanwhile a handful of people who dont have any projects they can work on at home are sitting at home doing busy work.

Indeed, that's what I've figured all along, mate, and I've said many times here that IMHO the death rate will turn out to be much-lower than we're being told once those figures come in eventually.

The stat I shared was from some big-knob professor on the LSM here in Oz; he shared it the night before. He must be basing that on his own research I guess, which will be subject to updates as things progress.

Bump to check on Mailman. Dude I know you probably feel like crap right now and the last thing you want to do is get on this forum but hopefully you jump in and tell us how you are doing. Hope you are doing ok bro.

I’m cool guys. Thanks !!
Just been sleeping. ALOT.
Guess that’s for the best.

Glad to hear that Dan

My wife and I are both working from home. Well, I already work from home so this whole thing is not a lot of change for me. My wife is a nurse though in cardiac - so not in main hospital area. 2 weeks ago her boss told her one of her patients was positive so we were on pins and needles there for a bit until her test came back. Negative.

Stay safe my friends.

Yes it’s been super stressful.
Lots of bickering in the house.
One vehicle in the shop. I haven’t worked in 10 days.
Hasn’t been the pleasure ride I thought.

It’s not day by day. Damn near hour by hour.

Thanks man. My days blend together.
Have no idea I wake up see 2 on the clock.
2 am 2pm. It sucks.
Fight the good fight!’

Glad you are doing good Dan! Since I'm down in Ohio, I've been watching what is going on with your state and hoping things take a turn. I hate your football team but don't have to hate the whole state.....LOL! Glad everyone is hanging in there. - Mike (RR)
