The Miracle Man for my EBMM Petrucci bridge position will be next gear purchase. I hear they work exceptionally well in basswood guitars. Can't wait!

Who can compare MMs to Nailbombs?

Nailbomb= Alinco 5 - High mid spike, Low end is tight but not super compressed, run around 16k, Nailbomb is a little dark but one of the best pickups for lead sounds due to the injection of high mids, Its alot more versatile then the MM due to its alinco nature. better cleans then a MM as well.

MM - Ceramic magnet big lower mid faster tracking and surgical tight low end, run around 18k? it is like a hotter Cold sweat with more sharp highs and a bigger fatter low end.

Put some foam under the pickup, enough to put a little pressure on the bottom of the pup. I have EMG 81/85 pups in my PRS Custom24 and had the same problem. The foam cured it. Not sure if my PRS is chambered or semi hollow, but the pup was vibrating in the mount cause the feedback.

I wouldn't call the nailbomb dark
it's much brighter than I expected
and it's not that middy also
it sounded A LOT like my cold sweats, but the neck is louder and more scooped and the bridge is less bright (not dark), and a bit less crunchy on the mids, but just as loud/high output
and that makes a lot of sense considering the nailbomb is an overwound alnico 5 cold sweat

the miracle man is punchier than both, has a bit of the mid crunch of the cold sweat, but in the low mids, and a very bumpy low and high end
but I still wouldn't say they are a world apart, since it's still pretty similar do cold sweat
