After playing humbuckers for like my whole music history I recently started to dig the sound of P90's. So I traded some EMG's in my trusty Flaxwood for a new set of Bare Knuckle Stockholm HSP90.

I thought I'd share that video test with curious or potentially interested people.

That sounds killer! Really want a set for my les Paul soon.

Man that sounds great. I'm going to get a set for my SG :D

Yeah, I can't say anything bad about them so far. They've got the grit I was looking for, and their very high output level make them suitable for high gain tone. Maybe except that it took me a bit of tweeking (like for 2min) before getting the right sound that's all. But I used to have EMG's in that guitar. So it was like rediscovering the complete sonic horizon of what this guitar could offer.

Let me know guys when you've got them installed. I'm curious how they'll affect your respective guitar.

Here's an exemple of how my Flaxwood Aija sounded with them EMG's:

Will do; but probably won't be til next year. Just got a set of lundgrens and a set of Schaller locking tuners for a soloist project I picked up. It would be replacing a JB and a '59 in my paul that sounds killer, but I really like the idea of high gain p-90's.
Also subscribed. You're a slick player man.
