It may have been packed poorly but it looks more like a symptom of the ungrateful monkeys working for the shipping company than anything. Packages are often not handled with the care that the customer deserves.

Man, if that were me, I'd call up my credit card company and open a dispute. In my experience, you'd win easily.

Yeah, this is what I would do as well, Fuck them if they don't want to do anything about it....maybe they will learn something from this.

Wow. I almost pulled the trigger on an expensive vintage Gibson from Rumbleseat just this past weekend. Glad I didn't. I won't do business with them after seeing this.
