Best bang for the buck vocal processor

Looking for a inexpensive rack mount processor for vocals. Just need a little reverb or delay but don't want to spend over $100
 
Don't think you're going to get that in a rack. But I have the TC Mic Mechanic pedal and it makes my shit voice sound 1/2 decent. At least to me.
 
Should be able to get an Alesis Midiverb unit for that.
 
Found a Yamaha SPX90 for $100. Anyone have any experience with those?
 
The SPX90 was the first affordable digital multi FX unit back in the mid 80s and guys still use it for the funky detune and the Symphonic chorus, but the reverb is badly outdated at this point. I´d suggest looking for a Lexicon Alex or Reflex.
