best/favorite guitar strings

I love super slink's, the pink packaged 9's!! I love them, especially when new, they seem so buoyant and snappy! There was a time in the late 90's when I played d' addarios for about 6 months. When I got a Suhr Modern, it came with some strings that felt cool to play on, but they didn't sound as good as the super slinky's, I have a feeling they were elixir's?

They are pricey but the daddario nyxl strings are my favorite. They never go out of tune on my suhr modern and they sound huge. They play like inbtween sets so a 10 feels like a 10.5 etc.

the strings would still be useful if I decided to keep them on (I'm about to change them).

Nyxl. I used to like the Snake Oil Brand strings when you could still order custom sets and would still buy those if they did. Now some other company owns it I think and only offers standard sets.

I was thinking about trying out a set of these. I've set my guitar up perfectly for 10s. Did you have to set the guitar up after putting the nyxl on?
