I still have the stock tubes in mine.Wich i love the sound but sometimes id like a clearer more hi fi sound. Maybe less bottom and more high mids and clarity. Wich tubes would help me get there?

6550 tubes higher head room more hifi
The nice thing about that amp is you can change tubes and bias them easy. I used 6L6, E34L KT88 and Yellow Jacket 6v6s

I got a new set of 6550r or JJ 6550 match those with a 6l6 and the amp is roaring.
Ive also mixed kt77 with it.
