Better question where is mike n where is my amp?

Well why delete my posts but don't bother answering me or making a fucking phone call. I feel I'm ready to snap. I am not rich. I busted my ass to pay for that amp n cab. It's paid in full. But all I get is yes it's going out.
I had this amp already it went back for midi repair n he updated the tones. My cabinet is also finished. Ok ship it then.
I'm losing total faith n support. 4800 bucks ain't easy to come by. Yea it's worth an attorney. But I didn't wanna go this route. How bout a simple call n ship my items. Mike?????
 
if he did call it would be just to say "it will be out in a week" or something, then you wouldnt hear from him for a month. so i dont even really want to talk to him unless he has a tracking number or a refund. i used to think he forgot but now i think that he was just lying to my face when he recently told me he would give a discount, which i would receive in my paypal immediately, but never got

I really hope that you guys get what was promised soon. and i also really think you deserve a credit and some of the money back you paid.He may not be able to change the past but free shipping and paypalling you back $500 may ease the tension
 
I KNOW hes not closing up shop and dissolving the company right now, because hes keeping us up to date.....oh...well hes certainly trust worthy.....oh

well ive given up hope, im just going to file every complaint i possibly can and see if theres any way i can file a small claims suit(im in a different state). im going to throw everything i can at him until he gives me my money. i'd take an amp, ONLY if it were finish and he had a tracking number, none of this "it will be done in..." crap, i dont believe anything he says anymore.
 
Filing in your own State is most likely your best option?

and on the subject, idk what to do, or say, i figure it's either going to happen or not, and in no timely manner if so, so i might as well give up, if you guys start complaining through the law, then i may have to follow suit, idk, i haven't even been able to get him on the phone lately, or anything, guess the stripping job takes a lot out of you.... merde!

M. DAR is a scammer.

We were DAR first dealer in Europe 3 years ago. All the amps we got went wrong after a few days and sounded like crap.
We shipped them back and have never been refunded. Lost about 4000 $

We just dropped it down because it would have taken years to get our money back and we simply don't have time, energy and
more money to waste.

Roadtrip and kicks in the head is all what he deserves... He owned XX.XXX $ from many people.

Who here has actually played through a DAR amp? I'm really beginning to wonder what the reality of the situation really is. Why has no one else ever built an amp using these Russian MiG 25 tubes?

Did he produce a few working amps that impressed people enough to induce them to make a deposit? Did his design ever actually work at all? I'll admit that I did find the pulsating lights in the amp and speaker cabinet to be a touch heavy on flash, but if the amp lived up to the hype, that could easily be overlooked (and disabled, if I had ever managed to get one).

What about the picture of a number of amps being assembled (as I seem to recall)? Was it ultimately bogus, and just a bunch of empty cases? People have gone to elaborate lengths to induce people to part with their money, so it's not out of the realm of possibilities that he could have made a number of "show amp cases" to create the illusion of having a valid, and expensive, product.

I recall reading about someone who wanted to purchase a DAR from a shop in Tennessee (or somewhere in the Eastern US), and that as he was ready to send the money, the shop started getting flaky and backed out of the previously agreed upon price. Did this happen because the shop owner thought he could get more cash out of another customer, or was there some other reason, like maybe the amp itself wasn't real, or at least what it was presented to be?

I know many are thinking of legal action in civil court, but I wonder if this would actually be a criminal matter, and those who've been screwed may do better contacting the State of California or federal authorities. It's really sounding like fraud . . .
 
I had my forza for about a year. Sent back for upgrades. Yes the amps are fkn unbelievable. They are worth the money every bit. But now it's not worth this bullshit I'm going thru. I'm sad too cuz the amp literally is new development. Nothing feels or plays like a Dar.

But wtf????
 
i own a tuzzia, that sounds amazing, so i don't think it's totally bullshit, the whole mig thing the flashy light thing, tralala, but yes you are right there have been pics of several amps in a room, they all could be fake,

hell he might not even be using his real name

although i think he is,

fuck this i just want answers even if he's crazy and turns out to be in a state mental ward, at least i know what the fuck is really up
