Hi everyone,

Just got the amp, played it for 2 minutes and damn…..ive mist Diezel!!!!

I sold my Herbert, kept the schmidt but eventually sold it and pulled the trigger on this.

Sadly i have daddy dutys but 2 minutes on low input and what an amazing clean, fx loop is so dead quiet and engaging a BB preamp and then a SD1 was heaven.

Tonight ill be having fun with this amp.

I wanted a pedal platform with a amazing clean and fx loop, i was pleased immediately, Personally it felt like coming home as ive played the Herbert for 14 years.

Tips are always welcome.

After a full night

Low input: amazing! What a clean and stacking drive pedals was good. Although i need something else then the bb that chuggs when needed.
Fx loop: dead silent, couldnt be happier

High input: damn loud. Needs volume to breed

I need an amazing clean, so ill be using the low input and stack pedals

I think tube amps breed best at Volume for sure.

Me, too, but haven't pulled the trigger. What's not to love about a great single channel with lots of range... I'd plug in something with a single HB and vol pot. I've already got a VH4 and Herbert, which is why I don't have the Big Max yet. It does NOT help to read reviews like this. One of the very few amps that tempt me these days

Well, i only have a mini jubilee and a mark 7. The BigMax had the best clean out of them, with pedals its having that extra flafor the other cant give.

I had a lot of fun last night playing the amp, clean and low gain is my use for this one.
