Bill has enough gain figured out but the voicing needs work.

It still has that "banging on a tin drum" sound thats just kinda weird.

That amp sounds like an early 5150 with a boost.

I hear no note separation or can't distinguish bass. middle, treble or presence its just kinda all or nothing.

I wouldn't stack to much weigh on that headshell it looks ready to collapse [being serious].

did you not see the corner braces? i'm sure at the very least it's butt jointed with four corner braces as well. that's the key to tone-headshell construction...."BRILLIANT"

would rather have a blades minus the cosmetics he uses(really childish and unnecessary!)
Tone wise the blades destroys the EVH.

Sounds good to me. I hear plenty of note separation.

And yeah, the font and back panel of an amp headshell do not really add much support anyway so taking them off is no bid deal. I leave the back panel of my amps off so I can access the tubes quickly.
