One of the few Dimarzios that I've yet to try...my question is how closely does the Bluesbucker sound and act like a P90?

Hello. I used the Bluesbucker several times in the neck of a 22 fret guitar and I really like it. I do not know if it sounds exactly like a P90 but it has the cool humbucker/single coil hybrid sound. It has the clarity of a single coil pickup but handles gain real well. Coil tapping is cool as well because you do not loose any volume which happens with most humbuckers. Great pickup and the Dimarzio website has some sound clips that may help.
