Hello,

i have already jhs AT in my pedalboard and i would like to buy another good distortion too.

So i am between bogner and friedman

in any case i would like something different from AT for having more sound options

can you help me ?

thanx in advance

I have the burnley .
I liked the clips I heard but I don't gel with it that well ?
I have not tried the be ?

Thanx! What about burnley compared to jhs angry charlie ( which i already have ) ?

I have both and they are totally different. Burnley is much darker and thicker. Friedman has more gain and is much hairier sounding.

Burnley is way more versatile. But if you want "that sound' lynch,vh, demartini etc. the Be OD does it easily and wins in that dept.

The Burnley is the kind of pedal which you don't realize just how good it sounds until you hear what you've recorded with it. It's rather thick and serves best for higher gain applications, but the feel and sound of it is very similar to the Wessex. The Wessex just doesn't have as much gain. It's a really unique and badass pedal. I can't say anything about the Friedman at this point except that I wouldn't be satisfied with having anything short of a Friedman amp.

I'd give the bogner ecstacy red pedal a try also, its pretty awesome sounding.
