Yeah man, it just sings high gain mids all day long. So different vs the Modern Classic II, like it makes the MC II sound so much more modern sounding in comparison, hence the name I know i know lol. Just very grateful to experience these sounds in the room.

I agree on the channel switching .
Certainly the low point of the amp
THe gain on the high is killer !
The clean on the pleci is killer.
But you either have one or the other.
The clean on the hi gain side does not get very clean.
About the only way you can really clean it up on the high side is with guitar volume.
My favorite amp other then that.
I'm not a guitar pot volume guy.
Too hard for me .
I need to concentrate on playing and have a footswitch.

Just to clarify, do you mean the ''11'' eq switch? That takes the preamp out of the amp and is straight raw tones? I am assuming this is what you mean, but yes it is VERY raw as it is let alone engaging that switch for sure. Very cool to even have that option.
