Yay! wild speculation! I wanna play! :D

$699 List

They will sell for $599

Bogner owners will buy them, then flip them, "Not the same"

Current non Bogner owners will build a rack power amp rig around them and say they sound the same as the amps. (And spend more on the rig, than the amp would have cost)

People too cheap to own either, will swear the youtube camera clips prove theres no need now to buy the amps at all now.

Many, many clips will be made of people chaining together random shit, (Peavey Butcher/DOD Death Metal/Boss Enhancer/PA cab) ans saying they got the EXACT same tone for $134.

Reinhold will buy 14 pairs of Prada pants, drink your ass under the table, and still be a cool mofo. (No wait, that "Did" happen yesterday!)

   End thread

Hmm, that's damn cool. I own and don't plan to sell my 101B, but I'd still like to try out those pedals...

Amagine if they were not built in the USA? Your post would have been twice as long

They look damn nice, I will give them that.

I wonder what the third jack is... remote switching, maybe?

Appears that the Uberschall's knobs include everything except presence. Strange, since the presence knob is probably the most important on the real Uber's gain channel.

I'm no amp builder but I think the presence control is a power amp function.

I'm going to guess $499. You've got to pay to play...

I just wanna goof around with one of these and a Two Notes CAB or something along those lines... I love pedal rigs!

Not on the Uberschall, it's in the preamp section IIRC.

On the Uber the presence control doesn't work like a typical amp, at least on the rev blue I had it didn't. :)

Looks like Kingsley has some competition with their pedals, like the Jester, Minstrel, and Jouster (the one I want :) ) assuming the Bogner pedals are tube...

Very cool !

Most likely FET equivalents of their preamps designs.

Love the look of the boxes

Cheers,
Mike

Great minds think alike (re FET, although I said JFET) :) There are some crazy things you can do with a Jfet.

For those of us not familiar with the details of the different Bogner channels, can someone give us an idea of what we can expect sound wise from these pedals?

Not sure if the Uber pedal is based on the Rev Blue, Rev 2, or Twin Jet's gain channel, but in any case it should have a huge low end, emphasis on the lower mids, and dark tonality.

without the presence control on the uber pedal i'm kinda bummed. It is pretty much the key to dialing in the amp - Never got why line 6 never included that feature on there hd line stuff that emulates the uberschall... the way the tone controls work on an uberschall is what makes it unique..... and anyone who has owned one or played one knows that...

either way - very cool !
