Are these inherent qualities with the UU ?:
Experienced this when demoing a potential purchase

Loud popping when switching between Master Volumes 1 and 2 ?

On Channel 1 , Switching from Uber to Crunch , Is there is slight volume increase on the Crunch setting ? Seems the Uber setting has a lower volume than Crunch mode
The consensus on these amps seems to be the overly high noise floor where a gate in the loop is a must ,

Sorry if these points have been rehashed , want to pull the trigger , just doing the research , Badass sounding amps for sure

I honestly haven’t switched back and forth between master volumes enough to remember that one. I could check….

Yeah when you’re going from a crunch to that uber sound it’s not going to be a 1:1 volume gain has a lot to do with that.

A gate isn’t a must until you get it to insanity levels. Plenty of times I use mine without one.

I actually just watched a YouTube on a guy demoing channel one , when he went to switch from Uber mode to Crunch mode , he turned the channel volume down first and mentioned that there will be volume increase when going to Crunch , so all good on that account

Yes , Gate def needed at band volumes , Gate not needed at Condo Living Room volumes
I’m going to try something tonite with regards to MV 1 and 2 switch popping , will post with results

Volume jump switching to crunch is normal. The popping when switching between masters happened intermittently and iirc only if the loop was on.
