Boss DF-2 Distortion Feedbacker?

I have one of those. The straight up distortion sound is DS1 all the way, at least to my ears. It is MIJ, so it is the best version of that sound. What is cool is you can have the pedal off, stop and hold the switch down, and you get this one pitch harmonic drone thing going on. You can still hold the drone, and then play through the pedal and get its distortion sound if that makes sense. Very cool for noise making and getting crazy.

Interesting, i had no idea that could be done with the pedal! I just assumed that it meant feedbacker, like it adds sustain or something.. Very cool!

I may pick one up at some point, sounds like it would be great even if for only the distortion sound. These pedals seem to be going up and up in value all the time! :shocked:

this is a badass pedal. as mentioned before as a distortion pedal it sucks, but as a feedback pedal, it's awesome!!
 
I have one. Like the other guys have said, it is a very cool pedal. Mine is about 20 yrs old. You can create all kinds of harmonic overtones and hold with your foot.

Haha sorry Gene! Thats what i get when i make threads while im tired at 3AM :D :lol: :LOL:
 
Had one buried in a closet and threw it on ebay thinking I would get maybe 30-40 bucks and the think sold for $145 :lol: :LOL:

Was cool in the 80s, nothing special imo and the feedback thing gets old after awhile.
 
i have one of the orginal ones, make me a offer i never use it.
