I am not buying this china thing right now as I have never heard this and one quick call to Mesa should clear this up.

I remember reading a thread some time ago on another forum about the 2:90 made in China

They must have been referring to specific internal parts maybe.....

I never heard of this?

More of a reason they should cost less in europe if that is the case.

I read a interveiw with Smith about a V -something about the voicing of the IV with a simpler controls and less tones to choose from. That was a long time ago and not since then.

guy buys a new car and goes to brag to his friends.

He jumps in the door, totally thrilled, and says, "I just bought a brand new car!!!!'

friends are watching football on the tube, and yell back, "brand new?!?!?!?!"

guy yells back, "Brand spankin' new!!!!"

the friends are all like, "ohhhhhhh!"


then, the narrator says something about cars losing half of their value in the first six months. like he should have bought the item used in order to receive the best deal.

I'm just playing iwth you. I mean, those are damn expensive when purchased new.
