It all comes down to general forum etiquette. Anyone who spends any amount of time on gear forums knows necro-bumping isn't looked upon favorably (it gets you ban't on some forums). Especially when it's only to meet a threshold to sell gear while contributing nothing else to the community. That's the beef. I get it and support pushing the post count to 100 or better.

Really, there needs to be another moderator added who's on the site often enough to ride shotgun on this type of stuff. I nominate rlord1974!

He joined back in 2007 so the 50 post thing dont apply to him. Brad implemented that later and grandfathered the older members with few posts. Maybe he just wants to chime in several years late?

Some people give a lot of thought to their post, this could a considerable amount of time. And then if you consider the time lost with Alien abduction and such, what seems like quite amount of time passing to us might seem like only minutes to others.
