CAB M+ Memory Card Format

I recently got a 32 GB memory card to use with the CAB M+. It came formatted with MS-DOS. When I tried to copy my IR library to the card I got an error message about file names exceeding 32 characters.

Is there another way to format the card so it will accept file names longer than 32 characters? I have a lot of IRs and I’m really hoping to avoid renaming them.

It is not possible to have names longer than 32 caracters in a Two notes hardware unit. This is also true for preset names and DynIR cabinets.

As it turned out the problem was not the length of the file names. None of them exceeded 32 characters. I reformatted the memory card and all is well.
