Did a little experiment that was probably overdue. Not keeping all of these but wanted to share a picture, bored today.

Flip the other logos on the horizontal...rengoB & SLLIM
Everyone needs a little Sllim here and there.

No, I'm actually going to try and sell the Mills. Listed in classifieds last night so its just sitting here for now. Killer cab but I do a lot of loading/unloading and the trade off (size vs money) just isn't worth it to me these days.

The Bogner is also killer, in all honesty each cab here in my opinion is great in their own right. But unfortunately the Bogner is being returned.

This is the 2nd Uberkab ive gotten from Sweetwater with damage that I cant accept.

The first one was actually split all the way down the top left joint. I repaired it and SW gave me a significant discount to make it worth keeping. Unfortunately had to sell it, this was a few years back when things were tight.

This Bogner has a pretty large dent and was bought new. Their offer was insulting so im returning it.

It's unfortunate that such a good cab seems to always have issues during shipping but if I see a good deal on a used one I will snag it.

The goal was to pair 2 cabs to run one on each side for the bassist and drummer to hear better. Live sound sucks these days usually for us and we aren't doing digital and IEM yet.

Funny you mention Bogners and shipping.

I had a similar experience with Musicians friend and an uber cab, but I got a decent discount to make it worth keeping, esp since I don’t move stuff much.

I’m in KC and if it weren’t for the uber cab I might be asking you to meet in Columbia for the Mills.

Good luck with that sale!

I would have probably made that drive too.

And yeah, if SW gave me a big enough discount id have kept it but they offered 15% which was like $200. Definitely not enough, can find a used one in better shape for less in due time.

Man that sucks, my Uberkab from SW arrived safe thankfully, but its sounding like I should consider myself lucky 😳

Is it common? Do you think its an Uberkab thing or SW or the shipper? I'd like to order another 412 from them at some point.

Don't know and i dont want to spread rumors. I love Bogner products, probably my favorite brand. I do however think it is the cabs themselves.

Of course they were dropped, thats a no brainer so the shipper is partially to blame in my opinion but ive had more than a handful of cabs shipped, most of them with less packing than the bogners and they survived with no issue.

Keep in mind im referencing my one uberkab that had the joint split all the way down. Weak joint, I think they do a dovetail?

My most recent cab just had a big dent in it which could happen to any cab. Theyre all made of wood.

Edit: That cab that split could have been dropped in a serious way that could have broken any cab, I will never know.

I seem to be a Marshall cab guy. Had the Bogner and a Friedman and neither scratched that itch.
