Calling Amp Expert - Is this bad (picture included)?

OK, maybe you don't have to be an expert to answer this question. I just don't know much about amps as I've never really owned anything but cheap ones. This is the first REALLY nice amp I ever bought.

I bought this amp today used from a guy on Reverb. I played it and examined it at his house. It worked fine and looked pretty much new. I later found this yellow sealant looking substance and some "running" that looks as if liquid was present. I didn't see it until I tilted it in the light. It does work great and sound great, but it made me paranoid. Maybe it's normal or maybe it's a disaster waiting to happen. I'd like to know either way. Appreciate any help.

That's normal as long as it's hardened. It happens when they dip the windings of the transformer in glue.

Yes it's really hardened. You can't even scratch it.
