I'm a little confused - aren't the amps the Doug uses the Suhr modded ones?

He used/ uses both Suhr and Cameron.

I asked Doug this question directly and he said it was only John Suhr that modded his amps.

Doug used to use both those amps. His main amps are made by John Suhr and Martin Golub. When he startetd playing with Dio and WS he also had the Cameron (on both Evil Or Divine and In the Still Of the Night DVD).
Now he still uses his main '79 JMP modded by John Suhr and Martin Golub and the JDM:1 in live situation.. when he tours worldwide alone he likes playing thru the JVM or the DSL and he boost them with the Majik Box DARF-1!
