Can someone with SDE3000 explain how to turn both on simultaneously?

I must be missing something. I've looked thru the manual and can't figure it out. I thought you could turn on two delays at the same time. Is that correct?

You talking rack, new SDE, or new EVH?
Rack is mono. New Sde and evh has 2 separate delays, with 4 taps. A bit of a learning curve. But they're in there.

Yes, you can have 2 delays going, mono or stereo.

In classic Boss fashion it's poorly explained. Page 6 of the reference guide.

Setup > System > Footswitch mode

In Manual mode each switch controls one of the delays in the current patch. This is the default setting.

In Memory mode each switch controls an entire patch. This is how you switch presets.

It’s in settings
DDl1 then hit setup,use depth to turn on/off
Exit once ,time button up once to DDL2 then setup once to
DDl2 on/off

You must check each preset like this it’s not a global thing
