At a rehearsal I was experiencing some issues with my captor X. It would light up red easily and what we noticed was that the fan was not working. Another guy in the band hooked his captor X up to my rig and we could see that when playing, the fan comes on. I switched back to mine and you could see the fan trying to turn but it would not. Is this a software issue or should I send it back?

Thanks Jason but I found the help. I think at this point, the Captor X is functioning as it should. I found some stuff on it saying how the fan goes off and on according to need. It was like it was almost needing to come on and then it wouldn't need to so it looked kind of funny. However, it seems to be working just fine. I really appreciate the reply!
