when foreign nationals enter / cross the border without visa or other legal documentation / proof they're allowed to be in the country.
entering the country without permission / documentation is illegal; you know against the law. If your first act in USA is breaking US law, that makes you illegal. even for citizens. Try entering the US in an airport without showing your US passport, and see what happens.
not a difficult concept; unless understanding basic facts, truth, reality with minimal logic and reasoning is difficult for you, or you have an agenda.

I know a girl; she isn’t very smart. Im being generous when I say she has an IQ of 90. She took a course on googles career certificate program. It was cheap and fairly fast if I remember correctly. Data analytics, I think? She started at 70k and over 2 or 3 years received a promotion and a couple raises.
