Swapped out the traditional 50's look for more modern. Took off poker chip, added chrome switch tip, chrome metal pickup rings, silver knobs and cheome truss rod cover. I'm sure some will hate it and that's okay too. I'm digging it and it's easy to swap back if I tire of the look.

I'd always wondered what the blue ones would look like with uncovered pickups.

Very nice!

It's amazing how small changes can make the biggest difference. I like it; especially the silver knobs.

Thanks everyone. It just didn't look right for this color stock. Now I like the traditional look with a traditional color but this definitely needed something different. It is a killer guitar and I love the Slash Alnico 2.0 set. My favorite current PAF with a little extra.

Cool, which strap locks do you have? I've seen some like that from Music Lily, although I don't know who is the OG of that style.

I've got an Eclipse that needs some, although the Schaller S Locks are a bit.......nipply. 😏 Those are stealthy.

Got em on Amazon. Same as sold for more elsewhere and I like these. Tighten with a pliers and your good to go.
