Hi all,
due to a lack of funds, it looks like I will be stuck with running my Einstein through a Marshall JCM 900 1960A Lead 4x12 cab for quite some more time. Papa had already told me a while ago, that this cab is not really an ideal combination with Einy, so I am wondering if it would improve the situation if I swapped two of the G12-T75s in there for v30s to go to similar configuration as the one found in the Bogner Uberkab.
The music my band is playing mostly fits into the modern hardrock genre I would say. Melodic clean guitars in most of the verses, with heavy guitars in the chorus. Alter Bridge, Creed, Breaking Benjamin would be examples of the direction we are going in.
I am looking for your opinions on this, maybe other suggestions on configurations...or maybe to tell me it is not worth doing at all. Thanks in advance!
