I knew Chubtone before he was famous. He actually even typed a few words towards me one time.

Bah. I was famous then too. It's just that you didn't know it up in Canada yet. It took a while before little neighborhood street urchins started selling my bootleg DVD's before you bumpkins took notice. I was booked to do a tour of Canadian army bases but your soldier was sick that day so it was cancelled.
He spoke to me!!!!

I will never wipe this computer screen again.

Being quoted on Craigslist is yet another feather in my illustrious history.

Feather in my illustrious history? I think Sir Chub meant "feather in my illustrious cap", or some derivative thereof.

But then again, who am I to call into question the colloquialisms of such an esteemed representative of our online microcosm?

You have questioned 'THE ONE'.
Beg for forgiveness or we will never speak of you again.

I spoke to your entire country. All 1700 of you.

The air is thick with jealousy on Rig Talk these days, and I have to tell you guys, it's unbecoming. Stay the course and practice your replies. Choose your own style of response because mine is inimitable. And shoot low. Don't aspire to being quoted on Craigslist. Maybe a quote in your local Pennysaver or on a 3x5 card at your local supermarket would be enough to fulfill you. Maybe for RVS, some recognition of his suspiciously devout dedication to his craft at the local Canadian shepherds association would bring a tear (of guilt) to his eye.
