New guitar, so new clip. :)

Recorded on my laptop's webcam. So take that for what it is lol.
I'm also high as fuck right now on oxycodone from surgery, so I'm not exactly the best judge of tone or playing right now.

Listen on some good speakers or headphones. Sounds pretty good through my Bose QC25s. But crappy on my laptop's speakers.

Sounds killer! Angry and loaded with growl - luv the Chupa, great amount of hair with zero trace of fizz.

edit: listening on JBL ref monitors.

Cool. I picked up an AO set I still need to get around to installing...

Sounds great! Miss my Chupa. Go easy on those pills man, thats a tough thing to kick if you develop a habit. Not trying to preach.

Compared to what you hear in this video, the Omega is less compressed, the mid spike is a little higher in the frequency range, and a little less hair.

I might be able to make another clip tomorrow for comparison. My other Duvell MBC has the Omega in it. But the comparison might not be valid because I have no idea where all the knobs were set in this video. I was moving 'em around lol.

It's a liquid solution and I'm basically weaning myself off of them as we speak. Every day I take a little less. It's interesting, it definitely feels good. But I don't really have an addictive personality. And I have no desire to keep taking it. I just hope I don't have any physical reactions when I stop cold turkey.

To be honest, good food makes me feel just as good lol. And I can't really eat much right now, so I'm looking forward to eating something of substance soon!

Sounds like you got it under control. You should be fine if your lowering your intake first, then you quit. I quit cold turkey after 10-15 years of abuse and it was tough, but I made it through. I wasn't taking nearly as much daily as some people I know though (couldn't afford it), so that helped i'm sure. Rock on man, your amp is smokin!

I feel lucky to be alive honestly. Lost 85 lbs since I quit about 8-9 months ago and I feel so much better I cant really put it into words. I was a functioning zombie.
Enough about me, didn't mean to hijack your thread man...Peace!

Sounds really good. Was there any clippers going or was that just tube distortion?

Yeah, diodes on at all times. I always use the amp with the clipping circuit engaged. I think for most of this vid, the amp was set to Modern Mode. Toward the end, I switch it to '80s Mode.

It's always good to see ceriatone content. I just wish I wasn't such an effects loop snob

Yeah, the loop ain't the best. But all I use is delay. And the pedal is buffered. So no biggie. I'm gearing up for a Chupacabra build of my own and I'm trying to see what I can do about a better loop.

Great Clips, that's one of the best clips I've heard of a Chupacabra yet, maybe it was the combination of the speaker cab.speakers/ Mayones but I thought it sound very Cameronish almost in the vein of CCV territory if I didn't know it was a Ceriatone. On other clips I have not heard the Cameron DNA even though I know the amp has some... Anyway, the Mayones sounds monsterous thtough it great job!!!

I've never owned, nor played, a Cameron-modified amp before. I did own a production-run CCV. But I didn't like it. The Chupa sounds better than the CCV. There is a clip of Mark playing a CCV at one of the amp shows, and it sounds godly. But the one I owned didn't even come close to that sound. Maybe it was the speakers? I know he recommended the G12H-Anniversary speakers, which I've never tried. But through this exact same cab, the CCV sounded like utter crap.

Other than that, the only other amp clip I've heard that is even remotely in the same territory as this Chupa is that clip of PsychoDave's 50-watt Cameron Jose. And that thing sounded lightyears better to me. But he took the clip down (again) for some reason...

I'm listening on my laptop hear at work, even though you told me not to. :)

Sounds wicked!
