How much of a difference do the switch positions make? I just installed a Jose MV on a homebrew smallbox. Three positions; 2 ea 1N4747A - OFF - 4 ea MPSA06. The zeners are 20v threshold and the MPSA06 are 4v threshold but there are two each way so it should be 8v threshold. There is def a lot less signal when clippers are engaged but both clipper circuits have about the same level and sound very similar. There is a tiny bit more saturation with the MPSA06 and it's a tiny bit darker but still VERY similar. Does this seem right?
