My old Bose computer speakers finally bit the dust after at least 15 years of service, and its time to upgrade! Can I get some recommendations on speakers that’ll be good as powered studio monitors and also sound great as everyday speakers too? Thanks in advance. Probably looking to spend under $350 or so. I got the 3.5" for $100.. They are pretty rockin' They have larger but for only 100 bux, these are pretty good.

Why not just get studio monitors? You can easily get a new pair for $350. JBL, KRK, etc. , or go used and there are plenty to choose from in that price range.

Yamaha MSP5’s.
I’ve been using them for years.
A great monitor, solid bass, mixes translate really well and kind of has a NS10 quality with the transient response.
You can buy a used pair for under 300.
