I think it's clear that despite being born into a certain religion, a person develops their own views that can diverge from that religion.
Just like not all Christians are in favor of murdering people for mixing fabrics (wool and linen), planting different seeds together, eating shellfish or pork, and trimming beards or getting tattoos.

You would need to look to the hadiths. The hadiths are heavily used when it comes to interpreting islamic law and customs. The majority of leading islamic scholars will tell you that these "inclusive" mosques are an abomination.

But again, they conveniently pretend that the hadith Al Zutt doesn't exist, and those who acknowledge it are unable to reconcile it. Al zutt literally describes momo's gay orgy lol. Afghans seem to love that hadith though lol.

Raising property taxes by 10% is the exact opposite of both of those. IMO NYC is at the FO part of FAFO of electing a Communist for mayor..
