Crab Iron Forge Crunch Channel Boosted

Got to play the amp some more today. I'm really liking the crunch channel. If I have the little toggle switch to the Right only the Pre knob controls the gain. Gain 1 & 2 knobs do nothing. With the Pre knob at 3 o'clock or higher it gets me that crunch tone that I mainly use and then I can just boost it if I need more.
So I turn on my Bion Boost treble booster pedal for this one. When I roll back the guitar volume I still have the pedal on so it give a really bright clean tone. I also turn on a flanger pedal a little bit.
Same SM57 on a Sheffield 1290 going into a UA Volt1 and straight into my iPhone. Same PAF-ish bridge humbucker. Same mindless playing.

sounds pretty badass, playing is killer as well. Seems like these things punch well beyond their weight.

I dig it. How transparent is the effects loop? Also, how good is the master volume?

I haven't noticed any problem with the loop. The master volume is okay. I mean it needs to be up a bit at least 9:30-10 o'clock before it gets to the sweet spot. It's kinda loud at that point. It does have a half power switch on the back that I haven't tried yet.
 
Stop i can only get so erect about crabs. Please.

I was thinking about a few more crabs (dammit now erecter). But in the end I don't want any other amps really. Marcus and ubertone are great additions.

Besides a few pickups and a seven string guitar. I think i have what I want. And like every suburban dad's journey my next insanely expensive hobby will be smoking meats.
