Garlic Butter Baked Scallops served over Linguine with a Lemon Garlic Sauce. And garlic breadsticks… Prep work is done (shit ton of prep…). Will start to assemble a little later…

I took a bunch of pictures to post but, being honest, it was good but not great. Not going to post them… The pasta was great, but the oven needed to be ~50 degrees hotter to crisp the breadcrumb topping on the scallops before they got tough
It was good, but will be better next time. Always taking notes…
